What information can I update myself in the Skyro app?

Check and update personal information directly in the Skyro app, boss:

Home → Tap your name at the top left corner → Profile

You can manage the following personal data in the app:

• Email address

• Phone number

• Language preferences

How to update information

To change your email or phone number, go to your Profile.

On the home screen, tap your name at the top left corner. Tap the pencil icon next to the field and follow the steps, boss. Changes usually take effect immediately, but may take up to 24 hours.

If there’s an error or you need to update other details (like your name, date of birth, or address), just contact Customer Care through the chat, boss!

Stop receiving promos

If you would like to stop receiving marketing messages, just reach out to Customer Care in the in-app chat, boss. We’ll help you with it.

It’s important to update your personal data so you don’t miss out on the latest offers from Skyro, boss!

If I got a promotion or moved to a better job, will it improve my chances of approval?

Yes, boss. Getting a promotion or having a better job may help improve your chances in future Skyro loan applications. If your employment details change, please contact Customer Care anytime so we can update your information.

Keeping your information up to date can help you qualify for special loan offers and keep your account secure. If you have an active Skyro product, you're also required to notify Skyro of any changes to your employment or personal details as part of your loan agreement.

How Skyro uses my data

Skyro takes data privacy seriously. All information is protected under the Philippine Data Privacy Act. Only the details needed for the service are collected, and strict security checks are done before any new feature is launched.

Skyro never accesses private messages or contacts, and cannot access photos, call logs, or SMS.

We may use your personal information to:

  • Verify your identity and contact details
  • Calculate your credit score
  • Provide our Services
  • Process transactions and send notices about your transactions
  • Contact you and update you on the performance of our Services
  • Communicate with you and process your requests
  • Offer surveys, promotions, and marketing communications

Change my phone number

Before changing your number, try the following:

  • Make sure the number is entered correctly
  • Check your phone signal
  • Check that your SMS inbox is not full
  • Check your SMS spam folder
  • Restart your phone
  • Contact your mobile network provider if needed

If the issue continues, you may change your number. Remember: the new number must belong to you, boss.

To change your phone number in the Skyro app, follow these steps:

  1. Enter your new phone number on the login screen
  2. Complete the selfie verification
  3. Confirm your identity and follow the steps

Your number will be updated automatically after verification, boss

Once logged in, you will see your active products.

You can check your registered phone number anytime in Profile. On the home screen, tap your name at the top left corner to see your number.

Change my email address

To change your email in the Skyro app, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Skyro app
  2. Tap your name (top left corner of the home screen)
  3. Tap the pencil icon beside your email
  4. Enter your new email address
  5. Tap Continue, then Save

Change my nickname

If you want to change your nickname, please chat with Customer Care in the Skyro app so they can help you right away, boss!

Update my ID
