How to manage my personal data

You can check your personal data directly in the Skyro app, boss:

Home → Tap your name at the top left corner → Profile

What information can I update on my own?

  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Language preferences

How to update information

To change your email or phone number, go to your Profile.

On the home screen, tap your name at the top left corner. Tap the pencil icon next to the field and follow the steps, boss. Changes usually take effect immediately, but may take up to 24 hours.

If there’s an error or you need to update other details (like your name, date of birth, or address), just contact Customer Care through the chat, boss!

Managing marketing preferences

If you would like to stop receiving marketing messages, just reach out to Customer Care in the in-app chat, boss. We’ll help you with it.

Change my phone number

Before changing your number, try the following:

  • Make sure the number is entered correctly
  • Check your phone signal
  • Check that your SMS inbox is not full
  • Check your SMS spam folder
  • Restart your phone
  • Contact your mobile network provider if needed

If the issue continues, you may change your number. Remember: the new number must belong to you, boss.

To change your phone number in the Skyro app, follow these steps:

  1. Enter your new phone number on the login screen
  2. Complete the selfie verification
  3. Confirm your identity and follow the steps

Your number will be updated automatically after verification, boss

Once logged in, you will see your active products.

You can check your registered phone number anytime in Profile. On the home screen, tap your name at the top left corner to see your number.

Change my email address

To change your email in the Skyro app, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Skyro app
  2. Tap your name (top left corner of the home screen)
  3. Tap the pencil icon beside your email
  4. Enter your new email address
  5. Tap Continue, then Save

Change my nickname

If you want to change your nickname, please chat with Customer Care in the Skyro app so they can help you right away, boss!

Update my ID

If you want to update your ID info, please chat with Customer Care in the Skyro app so they can help you right away, boss!

Update my references

If you want to update your references, please chat with Customer Care in the Skyro app so they can help you right away, boss!
