How do I receive my Cash Loan?

Receiving your Cash Loan

You can receive your Skyro Cash Loan through any of our three disbursement channels, boss:

1. E-wallet (transfer)

2. Bank account (transfer)

3. Over-the-counter (OTC) cash pick-up

Please make sure the bank account or e-wallet details you enter in your application are correct.

If you choose the ‘OTC cash pick-up’ option to receive your money, please note how it works below:

1. Select ‘OTC cash pickup’ in in the Skyro app.

2. Choose your preferred OTC partner office (BDO, SM Store, Palawan Express, etc.)

3. Sign the agreement and receive a special code to show to the chosen partner office.

4. Bring the valid ID you used in your application with you.

Note that if you’re unable to pick up your loan amount within thirty (30) calendar days from receiving the notification, your loan will be automatically cancelled, boss.
