How long does it take to receive my money?

It usually takes less than 24 hours, but in rare cases can take up to 2 days. The processing time may differ depending on your loan amount. Here's what you can expect:

  • Below ₱50,000 (all online partners): Immediately up to 24 hours calendar days.
  • Above ₱50,000 (all online partners): Immediately up to 24 hours during banking days only.
  • OTC cash pick-up (all partners): 30-60 minutes for code generation, then cash can be picked up anytime (code valid for 30 days only)

Here’s what you can expect when applying and receiving your Cash Loan, boss:

  1. Fill out the form with your details (≈10 min).
  2. Download the Skyro app on your mobile phone. You must complete your registration, verification, and upload the required documents in the app. Our team will only contact you after you’ve completed these steps, boss.
  3. Pick up a call from +63 919 170 0704 to confirm your data and make sure your references do too.
  4. Almost done! We just need to review your application. It usually takes a couple of hours up to 2 days. Make sure to pick up a confirmation call from us during this time.

If you get approved, your money will be credited to your bank account, e-wallet, or preferred over-the-counter (OTC) channel at partner outlets. The disbursement can take less than 24 hours or up to 2 days. In case you don’t receive the money by then, contact us via in-app chat, boss.

What should I do if I haven't received my money?

If you haven’t received your money, please chat with Customer Care in the Skyro app right away. Share your approved amount, application date, and disbursement channel so we can assist you faster, boss.

Will I earn rebate or cashback if I pay early and in full?

We don’t offer rebates or cashback for advance payments, boss. But if you pay your loan in full earlier than scheduled, you’ll end up paying less interest overall, since interest is only charged for the time the loan is active.

To use the Skyro Cash Loan calculator, just slide to choose how much you want to borrow, then pick an installment plan from 6 to 24 months. Select your loan purpose from the dropdown and you’ll instantly see an estimate of your monthly payment

When can I reapply for a Cash Loan?

You can reapply for a Cash Loan once you receive a new Cash Loan offer from us, boss.

What happens if I cannot pay my Cash Loan on time?

Use Skyro Flexi

If you missed a due date, the late fee of ₱500 (or 5% of the disbursement amount, whatever is lower) applies after your due date. The late fees apply every month that you’re overdue, boss.

If you cannot pay your loan on time, try activating Skyro Flexi! This features lets you change your monthly payment amount and due date. It’s perfect to use when you need more time to pay for your loan, or you want to increase or lower your payment amount to fit your budget.

You can use Skyro Flexi up to 3 times for monthly payment changes, and 3 times for due date changes — per loan. Make sure to activate Flexi within 6 days before your due date, so it starts with your next monthly payment.
