If your loan application was declined, it could be for one of the following reasons:

• Incorrect information: Mistakes in your email, income, or loan history could lead to rejection.
• Poor credit history: Having too many existing loans or overdue loans can impact your chances.
• High debt burden: We check if a new loan might be too hard for you to manage.
• Inactive phone number: If we can’t reach you or your references to verify your details, we can’t approve your loan.

While we cannot provide the exact reason for each rejection, we hope this helps clarify common issues.

If your loan application wasn’t approved, we recommend waiting at least 30 days before trying again. To improve your chances for next time, here are a few tips:

• Be honest with your details. When applying for a loan, answer the questions as honestly as possible. All applications are carefully reviewed by our team. Giving false information will reduce your chances of getting a loan.
• The more details, the better. The more details you provide, the better your chances of approval. Don’t leave out any important information.
• Use an active phone number. Make sure the mobile number you provide is one that you regularly use. It should be active for both you and your references.
• Be ready to answer calls. After submitting the form, stay available to pick up calls from us. We may need to verify some details.
• Improve your credit history. If you have existing loans, clearing them can improve your chances of approval on your next application.
