How can I get approved next time?

To improve your chances of approval next time, here are some tips, boss:

1. Share truthful information
   Answer all questions honestly. Make sure your details are correct and match your records. All applications are carefully reviewed by our team. Any incorrect information may affect your chances of getting approved for a loan.
2. Provide complete details
   Try to give as much information as possible in your application. Missing details may affect the review. No personal detail is too small to share. See №1: if you hide any information, this may be considered as fraud by our team.
3. Use an active Philippine mobile number
   Use a mobile number that is active and always with you. Your references should also be ready to pick up our call. It’s important for us to be able to contact you in time to verify information. If we cannot contact you or your references, we cannot approve your loan application.
4. Be ready to answer calls
   Keep your phone close after applying, boss. We may call to confirm your details and loan application status. You can expect a call between 9 AM to 9 PM. If we can’t reach you or your references within 2 days, we cannot continue your application.
5. Improve your credit history
   If you already have several loans, it may affect your chances of approval. If possible, pay your current loans on time or clear some of them first before applying again.
