Some reminders, boss:

We can only delete your data based on when you last used Skyro. Because of legal requirements, some requests can only be processed after a certain time.

Here’s what may apply to you:

  • For existing users: Not yet, boss! We can't delete your account because you're an active Skyro customer.
  • Closed product but was an active user in the last 5 years: Not yet, boss! We can only delete your data 5 years after your last Skyro loan. We keep your information as required by law to meet legal obligations, prevent fraud, and resolve issues.
  • For users who applied 1 year ago: Not yet, boss! We can only delete your data 1 year after your last Skyro loan application.We keep your information as required by law to meet legal obligations, prevent fraud, and resolve issues.

Please note that processing follows Skyro’s data retention policy and eligibility rules.
