Robinsons Appliances anniversary raffle promo

Terms and Conditions

1. This promo is open to eligible Skyro product loan customers: Filipino citizens, 18 to 70 years old, with a smartphone and an active mobile number.

2. The promo period is from November 1 to November 30, 2025.

3. Customers will earn one (1) raffle entry for every successful product purchase financed via Skyro at any Robinsons Appliances store nationwide.

4. Approved loan customers during the promo period will get a chance to win a ₱25,000 Grocery Shopping Spree (in the form of Robinsons grocery gift certificates).

5. There will be one (1) weekly winner for the promo, for a total of four (4) winners for the entire promo duration.

6. Eligible participants may win only once during the promo period. In case a name is drawn more than once, another winner will be drawn.

7. All qualified transactions for each raffle period will be included in the corresponding weekly draw schedule below:

8. Winners will be randomly selected through an electronic raffle draw under the supervision of a DTI representative.

9. Skyro shall notify the winners via registered mail, SMS, and social media announcements.

10. Winners will also receive a registered mail detailing the claiming procedure. They must present the notification letter and a valid government-issued ID at the designated Skyro branch where the loan was made.

11. Winners must present a valid government-issued ID upon claiming the prize.

12. Winners must claim their prize within 60 days from receipt of notification. Prizes not claimed within 60 days shall be forfeited in favor of Robinsons Appliances with prior approval from DTI.

13. The 20% prize tax (if applicable) for prizes exceeding ₱10,000 shall be shouldered by Skyro.

14. Grocery gift certificates are not convertible to cash.

15. Loan applications submitted before or after the promo period are not eligible for the raffle.

16. Customers with rejected loan applications are not eligible for the promo.

17. Employees of Robinsons Appliances, Skyro Philippines, and their advertising agencies, including relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from joining the promo.

18. Robinsons Appliances and Skyro reserve the right to use the names, images, and videos of the winners for publicity and promotional purposes without further compensation.

19. Robinsons Appliances and Skyro reserve the right to disqualify customers from the promo for fraudulent transactions, incorrect customer data, or promo abuse.
