Wouldn’t it be nice if your Skyro loan had 0% interest? With the Skyro Zero Plan, that’s possible. Pay off your full loan within your Zero Period and your interest becomes 0%. Clear terms, clear savings.

What is the Skyro Zero Plan?

The Skyro Zero Plan gives you the chance to enjoy 0% interest at the start of your loan.

If you pay your full loan amount, including all fees and value-added services (but not interest), within your Zero Period, you won’t be charged any interest at all.

If you’re unable to pay in full within the Zero Period, your loan will continue as scheduled, with interest based on your original payment term.

What is the Zero Period?

The Zero Period is the first 3 or 6 installment periods of your loan where no interest is charged. This is your window to pay off your full Skyro loan and keep it completely interest-free.

Your Zero Period depends on your installment term. Here’s how it works:

• 6-month or 9-month installment — the first 3 months are your Zero Period
• 12-month installment — the first 6 months are your Zero Period
  

Make sure to complete your full payment within this period to keep your loan interest-free.

How do I activate the Skyro Zero Plan?

No activation needed, boss! If your loan qualifies, the Zero Plan is automatically included. You’ll see it in your loan agreement and in the confirmation email we send.

To enjoy 0% interest, simply pay your full loan within your Zero Period.

What do I have to do to stay on the Skyro Zero Plan?

To enjoy 0% interest, you need to pay your full loan before your Zero Period ends. This means paying:

• The full financed amount
• The origination fee
• The total cost of value-added services (VAS), such as Device Protection, Extended Warranty, Goods Protection, Electronic Doctor, and Personal Accident Insurance (excluding Loan Protection and Flexi)
  

You can pay in full through the Skyro app or by contacting Customer Care for assistance.

Please note: The amount needed to fully pay off your loan during the Zero Period is usually higher than your regular monthly installment. That’s because you’re paying the full balance early, not just following the scheduled monthly amount.

If you’re planning to pay in full, it’s best to contact Customer Care so we can guide you on the exact amount and next steps.

Important reminder: For your safety, never give your payment to Skyro agents or employees. Always pay through Skyro’s official payment channels only and keep your receipt as proof of payment for reference.

Here’s a sample computation:

Let’s say your financed amount is ₱10,000. Under the Zero Plan, you have two ways to pay it off with 0% interest within the Zero Period:

Option 1:

Divide ₱10,000 equally over 3 months.
That’s ₱3,333 per month.
By the end of month 3, your loan is fully paid with no interest charged.

Option 2:

Pay smaller monthly amounts in the first two months — ₱1,964 in month 1 and ₱1,964 in month 2 — then pay the remaining ₱6,072 in month.

Your loan is still fully paid within the Zero Period, so you keep 0% interest.

If you don’t complete your loan within the Zero Period, your loan will continue under your regular payment plan with 5.9% interest.

In that case, you’ll pay ₱1,924 per month for 6 months, for a total of ₱11,543, which includes interest.

Note: This is only a sample computation. Your final amount may change depending on your loan terms. Please refer to your loan agreement or contact Skyro Customer Care to confirm your exact Zero Plan amounts.

Can I pay monthly during the Zero Period?

Yes. You can follow the monthly amount shown in your payment schedule, which you’ll find in your loan agreement.

However, to enjoy 0% interest, you must pay your full loan before the Zero Period ends.

What happens if I don’t finish paying during the Zero Period?

That’s okay. Your loan will continue under your regular payment plan stated in your loan agreement.

Your repayment schedule stays the same, and interest will apply from the start of your loan, just like in a regular Skyro product loan.

Will I see the Zero Plan in my loan agreement or app?

Yes. Your loan agreement will clearly show that your loan includes the Zero Plan.

In the Skyro app, you’ll see your regular repayment schedule, which includes interest based on monthly payments. If you want to stay interest-free, make sure to pay your full loan within the Zero Period.

You’ll also receive reminders with the exact amount needed to complete your loan during the Zero Period.

How do I compute the monthly payment to fit within the Zero Period?

There are two ways to do it:

• You can increase your monthly payments (equally or unevenly) to make sure your loan is fully paid within the Zero Period.
• Or you can follow your regular monthly payments based on your loan agreement and then pay the remaining balance in full before the Zero Period ends.
  

To check the exact remaining balance, open the Skyro app or contact Customer Care. We'll guide you on the total amount needed to complete your loan.

What if I change my loan term using Flexi?

If you adjust your due date using Flexi, your Zero Period will move to match your new due date.

Example: If your Zero Period originally ends on August 1 and you move your due date to August 16 using Flexi, your Zero Period will also move to August 16.

You’ll still need to pay your full loan before the original Zero Period ends to keep your loan interest-free. Otherwise, interest will apply based on your loan agreement.

What if I change my loan amount using Flexi?

If you adjust your loan amount using Flexi, you still need to pay your full outstanding balance within your Zero Period to stay interest-free.

Changing your payment amount does not reduce the total balance you need to settle. To enjoy 0% interest, the entire remaining loan must be fully paid before the Zero Period ends.

Example: Your remaining balance is ₱8,000 and your Zero Period ends on August 16.

Even if you lower your monthly payment using Flexi, you must still complete the full ₱8,000 before August 16 to keep your loan at 0% interest.

If the full balance is not paid within the Zero Period, interest will apply based on your loan agreement.

Will I get reminders?

Yes! Skyro will send you helpful reminders through email and in-app notifications during your Zero Period. These reminders will show the exact amount you still need to pay to fully settle your loan and stay at 0% interest. This helps you stay on track and make the most of your Zero Plan.

How will I know if I'm done with my Skyro Zero Plan?

Once you’ve paid your loan in full within the Zero Period, you’ll see in the Skyro app that your loan balance is now ₱0. That means your loan has been fully paid without any interest. Congrats, boss!
