How can I pay for my loan over the counter?
You have to generate a code using the Skyro app before visiting an over-the-counter outlet. Just show the code to the cashier to make the payment.
How long is the code for over-the-counter payments valid?
It’s valid for 24 hours.
Is there a fee I have to pay?
Yes, there is a ₱25 transaction fee when you pay using e-wallet or via over-the-counter partners. When paying via online banks, the transaction fee is ₱25 + an extra fee ranging from ₱10 to ₱25.
Note that currently there is no transaction fee charged when paying via BDO or UnionBank, only an extra fee.
How soon will the money be credited after I made the payment?
It usually takes seconds but in some rare cases it may take up to 24 hours depending on the processing of your bank, e-wallet, or through your chosen over-the-counter outlet.
How many over-the-counter payment codes can I request?
There is no limit. You can generate as many codes as you want.
