We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented FP&A Lead to drive the company’s planning and performance management processes. This role requires strong financial modelling expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to partner effectively across departments to support data-driven decision-making.

What you will do:

• Lead the company’s annual budgeting, long-range planning, and quarterly forecasting processes.

• Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to track performance against KPIs, budgets, and forecasts.

• Partner with department heads to provide financial guidance, challenge assumptions, and ensure alignment with company strategy.

• Analyze financial and operational results to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; provide actionable recommendations to leadership.

• Prepare and deliver high-quality financial presentations and reports for executive leadership and board meetings.

• Drive improvements in forecasting accuracy, financial reporting, and analysis tools.

• Hire and lead and mentor junior FP&A team members, promoting best practices in financial planning and analysis.

• Support strategic initiatives, including business cases, pricing strategies, investment analysis, and cost optimisation projects.

What you should have:

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance roles.

• Proven experience in FP&A leadership roles.

• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proficiency in financial planning tools and ERP systems.

• Readiness to relocate to the Philippines.

Languages:

• Fluent English; Russian
