What you will do:

• Development and maintenance of reporting systems

• Implementation and analysis of robotic solutions in collections (voice bots, chatbots)

• Analysis of the effectiveness of existing processes

• Collaboration with operational departments within assigned projects

• Optimization and testing of strategies for working with non-performing assets across all stages and products

What you should have:

• Higher technical education

• Strong analytical mindset

• Programming experience

• Experience in collection analytics within a bank with complex, multi-layered processes

• Experience in optimizing and automating collection processes

• Willingness and ability to work with large volumes of data

• Stress resistance and ability to work effectively in a multitasking environment

• Strong communication skills (interaction with analysts, developers, and business unit managers is required)
