Key Responsibilities
Handle internal communications related to partnerships and VAS Support operational execution of partnerships
Manage merchant VAS Incentives enrollment processes
Coordinate VAS incentives for merchants and agents
Train VAS Products to Sales Team/Managers Process and track mystery shopping payments
Prepare operational and performance reports for VAS and Mystery Shopping
Maintain partner and enrollment databases
Coordinate with internal teams for implementation Assist in documentation and compliance
Qualifications & Requirements
2–4 years of experience in operations, partnerships support, or sales operations
Experience with VAS programs, merchant enrollments, and incentives coordination
Strong coordination, reporting, and database management skills
Detail-oriented with experience tracking payments and ensuring compliance
Able to train and support Sales Teams and Managers
Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Snowflake experience is a plus
