Key Responsibilities

• Handle internal communications related to partnerships and VAS Support operational execution of partnerships

• Manage merchant VAS Incentives enrollment processes

• Coordinate VAS incentives for merchants and agents

• Train VAS Products to Sales Team/Managers Process and track mystery shopping payments

• Prepare operational and performance reports for VAS and Mystery Shopping

• Maintain partner and enrollment databases

• Coordinate with internal teams for implementation Assist in documentation and compliance

Qualifications & Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in operations, partnerships support, or sales operations

• Experience with VAS programs, merchant enrollments, and incentives coordination

• Strong coordination, reporting, and database management skills

• Detail-oriented with experience tracking payments and ensuring compliance

• Able to train and support Sales Teams and Managers

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Snowflake experience is a plus
