About the role

As Head of E-Wallet, you will be the driving force behind Skyro's wallet business, setting the vision, building the product, and scaling adoption across millions of Filipinos. You will work at the intersection of product, partnerships, and commercial growth, with the full backing of a fast-growing fintech organization.

What you'll do

• Own and lead Skyro's e-wallet business end-to-end, from strategy to execution

• Develop and execute initiatives to grow daily active users, transaction frequency, payment volume, and long-term customer retention

• Convert Skyro's large lending customer base into habitual, active e-wallet users

• Drive the build-out of core wallet capabilities like QR payments, fund transfers, bills payment, cash-in/cash-out, and digital banking features

• Build and manage strategic partnerships with payment networks, merchants, banks, billers, and lifestyle ecosystem partners

• Identify and launch new growth channels including digital acquisition, referral programs, and embedded finance opportunities

• Work closely with the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas and other regulatory bodies to maintain full compliance and strong institutional relationships

• Own the e-wallet P&L and deliver against revenue, profitability, and growth targets

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, risk, operations, marketing, and technology teams

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of leadership experience in e-wallets, digital banking, payments, fintech, or consumer financial services

• Strong understanding of transactional banking ecosystems and customer behavior

• Proven track record of scaling high-frequency financial products

• Experience managing business P&L and growth metrics at a product or business unit level

• Strong partnership and stakeholder management skills

• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong hands-on execution capability

• Familiarity with BSP regulations, e-money licensing, and the Philippine fintech landscape is highly preferred

• Experience in fast-growing fintech or digital-first environments is a plus
