What you will do:

• Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into clear technical tasks.

• Develop new reports and dashboards in Tableau and build/optimize data queries and models in Snowflake.

• Maintain and optimize existing reports, focusing on performance, usability, and data quality.

• Support other teams by assisting with SQL queries, data analysis, and report creation.

• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports, dashboards, and data sources.

• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and product teams to align on data sources, metrics, and business logic.

• Document datasets, metrics, and report logic for internal knowledge sharing and onboarding.

• Contribute to improving BI processes, suggesting best practices and standartization.

• Monitor report performance and user adoption to ensure continued business value.

What you should have:

• 3+ years of experience in BI development or data analytics.

• Strong SQL skills, including window functions, CTEs, and recursion.

• Experience with BI tools, with Tableau as a strong advantage.

• Fluency in both English and Russian, in speaking and writing.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

• Understanding of business processes and ability to propose solution approaches proactively.

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

• Well-developed logical thinking and structured approach to tasks.
