What you will do:
The Field Investigation Specialist's role is to review and investigate assigned cases, confirm fraudulent applications, identify the fraud type, modus, people or entities involved, represent the company in prosecution and litigation of cases (as needed) and help mitigate risk and company losses.
Manage cases within the assigned AOR.
Conduct investigation on cases of possible fraudulent activities, verify submitted information using any available methods, tools and resources, and send accurate report within agreed SLA.
Collect, analyze, and report new and recurring fraud trends based on data from investigation results.
Gather all necessary information and evidence for case filing.
Help serve demand letters, Warrant of Arrest, Court Order, etc.
Represent the company and testify in prosecution and litigation of criminal/civil cases and assists in the recovery of losses and damages.
Conduct Fraud Awareness/Risk Mitigation activities on his/her assigned AOR.
Conduct mystery shopping and business trends investigations.
Perform all other tasks as directed by the Superiors.
What you should have:
Bachelor’s degree in criminology or related course.
With investigation background.
Former member of PNP/AFP or any law enforcement agency is a plus.
Knowledge in using MS Office.
Can communicate well in English and Tagalog.
Knowledge in writing investigation reports in English.
With valid LTO Driver’s License.
With own motorcycle.
Knowledgeable in the area where he will be assigned.
Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
