What you will do:

• Lead requirements gathering and analysis for complex business and product initiatives

• Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements

• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Risk, and Operations teams

• Drive scope definition, prioritization, and alignment with business objectives

• Support solution validation and acceptance criteria definition

• Ensure consistency and quality of business documentation

What you should have:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex or data-driven environments in fintech

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking skills

• Experience working with cross-functional teams

• Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to relocate to Manila for a 3-month onboarding
