What you will do:

• Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements

• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify business needs, define scope, and ensure alignment with project goals

• Translate business requirements into clear user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria

• Participate in solution design discussions and support the development team during implementation

• Work closely with Developers, QA, and other cross-functional teams throughout the delivery lifecycle - very important

• Support backlog management, refinement sessions, and sprint planning activities

• Validate implemented solutions against requirements and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT)

• Identify process improvement opportunities and propose optimal business and technical solutions

• Maintain project documentation and ensure requirements traceability

• Communicate changes, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders in a timely manner

What you should have:

• Higher education in Business, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or digital projects

• Proven experience in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements (BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases)

• Strong stakeholder management skills, including facilitation of workshops and alignment of requirements across multiple teams

• Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes, system integrations, and data flows

• Ability to independently translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements

• Confident skills in SQL and data analysis; ability to work with complex datasets

• Hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies and close collaboration with product owners, developers, and QA teams

• Experience in supporting solution design, reviewing technical specifications, and validating implemented solutions

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and proactively propose improvements

• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (written and spoken)
