Job Responsibilities
This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Specialist for Small-Medium Enterprises (SMEs) at Skyro. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, building relationships, and driving sales growth. You will identify new business opportunities, create sales strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve targets. You will also provide excellent customer service and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services.
Identifies market potentials and sets area saturation plan to convert all potential SMEs into merchants
Finds and Opens New Merchants in assigned territory by area of priorities.
Negotiates and finalizes merchant agreements with target SMEs.
Develops merchant relationships through efficient merchant account management.
Recommends best action plans to realize market and merchant potentials through regular analysis and reports.
Initiates programs and campaigns to grow assigned merchant sales volume and growth projection.
Awareness of market situations through regular merchant/store visits and connection with/stakeholders.
Implements effective and efficient measures to ensure a high SME POS active rate.
Strictly complies with risk control measures and initiatives and reports any risk discovery.
Other tasks and responsibilities related to business development may be assigned from time to time.
