We are looking for a Junior Segment Marketing Manager to support and develop customer communications across email, push, SMS, email and other CRM channels. This role is ideal for someone starting a career in CRM marketing and looking to grow into an independent specialist.
What you will do:
Your goal would be to turn CRM messages into revenue.
When a customer hesitates about taking a product, you will step into the conversation - with the right message, at the right moment, in the right channel.
You will translate fintech products into clear, human language that helps customers understand the value and confidently move toward getting a product.
You will build and run email, push, SMS journeys - not “campaigns,” but conversations that they feel like personal financial guidance.
Each message is designed to remove doubts, highlight benefits, and bring the customer one step closer to conversion.
You will own the entire CRM sales engine:
create templates of email and other notifications as making bricks to construct a house (of communications)
launch and optimize triggered and batch campaigns (as designing and furnishing)
work closely with designers and copywriters to create assets that sell, not just inform
test hypotheses through A/B experiments and double down on what increases utilizations.
You will track performance through open rates, clicks, and conversion - not as vanity metrics, but as proof of revenue impact.
Your work will directly influence how many customers take loans and how much the company earns.
What you should have:
Experience:
0,5 - 1 year of experience in crm marketing, campaigning or related fields.
Experience in FinTech, Banking or Insurance is a strong advantage.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong interest in CRM marketing, retention, and lifecycle communications
Basic understanding of email / push / SMS channels
Confidence working with numbers and Excel / Google Sheets
High attention to detail and responsibility
Strong written communication skills
Good taste and strong visual awareness
English: Upper-Intermediate or higher (strong written and verbal communication skills).
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sociology, Management or a related field.
Nice to have
Experience with CRM platforms (Braze, Mindbox, Bloomrich, etc.)
Basic knowledge of segmentation and personalization
Experience with A/B testing
Basic HTML knowledge for emails
