About the role
As Head of OFW Financial Services, you will be the architect of Skyro's OFW business segment. You will own the full picture: understanding OFW financial needs, developing the right products and services, building strategic partnerships, and growing a profitable, high-impact business unit from the ground up.
What you'll do
Build and scale Skyro's OFW-focused business segment with full ownership of strategy, partnerships, and profitability
Identify the financial pain points and unmet needs of OFWs and their families — and turn them into compelling product and service solutions
Develop and launch products and services across remittances, savings, borrowing, payments, and everyday financial usage
Build strategic partnerships with remittance providers, overseas Filipino communities, travel-related businesses, government agencies, and international service providers
Create customer acquisition and engagement strategies to reach and retain OFWs globally
Design customer journeys that simplify sending and receiving money, family financial management, travel-related financial needs, and access to Philippine services while abroad
Monitor business performance, growth metrics, and segment profitability
Coordinate closely with product, compliance, operations, and marketing teams to deliver seamless OFW experiences
What we're looking for
5+ years of experience in business development, product management, segment management, or consumer financial services
Strong understanding of OFW financial behaviors and remittance ecosystems
Proven track record in building partnerships and launching customer-focused initiatives
Strong commercial and entrepreneurial mindset
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in fintech, banking, remittance, or cross-border financial services is preferred
Experience owning revenue or business targets is preferred
International exposure or experience working with migrant communities is a strong advantage
