The role involves reviewing system-generated data, validating visit outputs, and identifying irregularities or patterns that may affect collection performance. This position provides both operational guidance and analytical support to help the team reach monthly recovery targets. Core responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily field activities using the company system, reviewing logs, visit records, GPS data, and performance dashboards to identify issues, trends, or discrepancies.

  • Evaluate the accuracy of system submissions, including visit proofs, timestamps, location pins, and client updates, ensuring compliance with reporting standards.

  • Conduct on-site validations to assess real behavior in the field, verify client locations, and observe adherence to routing and protocols.

  • Hold coaching sessions to address errors, reinforce correct practices, and guide collectors in improving both field execution and reporting quality.

  • Lead team huddles and operational briefings to communicate updates, clarify processes, and provide direction based on system insights.

  • Support system-related training by helping field collectors understand features, troubleshoot basic issues, and use data effectively for their daily tasks.

  • Handle field-related client concerns and coordinate resolutions with other departments when system findings require further investigation.

  • Participate in recruitment efforts by assessing candidate suitability for fieldwork, including system literacy and ability to follow structured processes.

  • Analyze field trends—such as visit completion rates, route patterns, pin accuracy, and client behavior—to recommend actionable improvements.

  • Guide the team toward consistent achievement of collection targets by balancing operational oversight with data-driven decision-making.

  • Recommend enhancements to the field collections system—such as interface improvements, additional data fields, automated alerts, or logic adjustments—to improve accuracy, usability, and operational efficiency.

  • Coordinate and escalate issues to concerned departments (HR, QA, Operations, Product, Risks, Finance) and ensure timely closure of action items.

System-Related Expectations

  • Navigate and maximize field monitoring tools, dashboards, and mobile applications used in daily operations.

  • Analyze data trends—including accuracy rates, wrong-pin patterns, and route behavior—to guide coaching and decision-making.

  • Report system bugs, propose improvements, and participate in testing or validating new system features when needed.

Work Under Pressure

  • Manage time-sensitive tasks, multiple escalations, and concurrent field issues without compromising accuracy or professionalism.

  • Handle unexpected challenges such as high-volume discrepancies, urgent complaint coordination, sudden field incidents, or system-related concerns.

  • Maintain composure and objectivity when dealing with stressed field collectors, demanding clients, or strict deadlines.

What to Expect in the Role

  • Fast-paced environment with daily coordination between field collectors, QA, HR, Operations teams.

  • Frequent need to analyze system data and quickly provide decisions or recommendations based on real-time findings.

  • Regular exposure to field-related issues, including incorrect pins, invalid visits, client complaints, and routing concerns.

  • Occasional field deployment or investigating field reports for validation, spot checks, and coaching.

  • Continuous monitoring of dashboards, submissions, and performance indicators to ensure accuracy and compliance.

  • High accountability, as outputs will directly affect recovery targets, field compliance, and system data quality.

  • Expectation to be flexible, adaptable, and quick to grasp new processes, system features, and operational adjustments.
