Key Responsibilities
Merchant Screening: Review and assess merchant applications to ensure they meet our eligibility criteria.
Onboarding Process: Guide merchants and business development teams through the onboarding process, providing clear instructions and support.
Documentation: Collect and verify necessary documentation, including financial statements and identification.
Billing and Collections: Utilize your experience to address any billing or collection inquiries from potential merchants.
Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with merchants and business development teams throughout the onboarding process.
Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the onboarding process.
Data Entry: Accurately input merchant data into our system.
Customer Service: Provide excellent service to potential merchants and business development teams, building strong relationships.
Inter-team support: Provide support to other teams or departments that may require information or support regarding merchants to be onboarded, or those already onboarded
Reporting: Report regularly to relevant stakeholders on merchant-related efforts and improvements particularly on onboarding and offboarding
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in billing and collections.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using computers and relevant software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
