What you will do:
Own the development of the offer and banner management system, including backlog management and prioritization
Lead the enhancement of pull (banners, pop-ups, in-app placements) and push communication channels
Own and prioritize the backlog of improvements for the customer engagement system and sales-related services
Gather and document business and system requirements for the engineering team
Help scale internal tools to new business lines and user groups
Set up and support regular and seasonal campaigns
Lead and mentor a team of analysts (2-3 people), including task planning, review, and knowledge sharing
Perform hands-on system configuration and integration setup when needed
Plan, coordinate, and deliver small to mid-sized initiatives and feature launches end-to-end
What you should have:
4+ years of experience in Business/System Analysis or 1-2+ years as a Product Owner / Technical Product Manager with strong involvement in requirements definition and delivery
Experience managing backlogs for one or more services, including prioritization and alignment with business needs
Experience delivering small to mid-sized projects from idea to launch
Experience working closely with product, engineering, and business teams
Experience leading or mentoring analysts (2-3 people)
Strong SQL skills and experience working with data (analysis, validation, reporting)
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Ability to break down complex business needs into clear and workable solutions
Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro or similar
English - Intermediate+, Russian - fluent
Education - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
Nice to have:
Experience with marketing automation platforms or similar systems
Experience launching sales campaigns or cross-sell initiatives
Hands-on experience with system configuration and integrations (e.g., JSON, APIs)
Experience in FinTech, Banking, or eCommerce
