What you will do:
Data-Driven Sales Optimization
You will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data, as well as defining business metrics that reflect sales performance for both potential and existing customers. You will identify key areas for improvement and suggest changes. This includes formulating hypotheses, designing A/B tests, collecting data, and making decisions. You will work closely with product managers, Risks, DWH, and IT departments to implement features or launch tests.
Monitoring and Sales Performance Evaluation
You will analyze existing processes, create reports, and monitor new launches. Additionally, you will conduct analytics for A/B tests.
What you should have:
1-3 years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, data analysis, or a related field.
SQL.
Data tools and visualization platforms (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
Statistical/analytical concepts (A/B testing, product analytics, machine learning).
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to data analysis.
Product management tools (Confluence, Jira).
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product/process improvements.
English: Upper-Intermediate or higher (strong written and verbal communication skills).
As a plus:
Experience in FinTech, Banking, or eCommerce.
Understanding business metrics: NPV, LTV, CAC.
