Join Skyro as Customer Care Trainer

What you will do:

  • Deliver onboarding and refresher training

  • Localize and maintain the knowledge base, macros, and guidance

  • Proactively update the CC team about any product and process changes

  • Own local adaptation of Tone of Voice and communication standards

  • Ensure consistency between agent and bot communication

  • Identify unclear policies, process gaps, and communication issues

  • Turn QA and customer feedback into better training, content, and messaging

What you should have:

  • 4+ years in training, knowledge management, content design, or support enablement

  • Experience creating SOPs, macros, or knowledge articles

  • Strong writing, editing, and simplification skills

  • Strong sense of tone, clarity, and customer-friendly wording

  • Able to localize communication for the Malaysia market

  • Fintech / lending / bot content experience preferred

  • Marketing background is an advantage
