What you will do:
Deliver onboarding and refresher training
Localize and maintain the knowledge base, macros, and guidance
Proactively update the CC team about any product and process changes
Own local adaptation of Tone of Voice and communication standards
Ensure consistency between agent and bot communication
Identify unclear policies, process gaps, and communication issues
Turn QA and customer feedback into better training, content, and messaging
What you should have:
4+ years in training, knowledge management, content design, or support enablement
Experience creating SOPs, macros, or knowledge articles
Strong writing, editing, and simplification skills
Strong sense of tone, clarity, and customer-friendly wording
Able to localize communication for the Malaysia market
Fintech / lending / bot content experience preferred
Marketing background is an advantage
