Responsibilities
Sourcing & Recruitment
Source and screen candidates for entry-level, intern, and junior roles through job boards, social media, referrals, and campus channels.
Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain candidate pipelines in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Support full-cycle recruitment activities, from job posting to offer stage.
Partnerships
Build and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, technical schools, and other talent-sourcing institutions.
Establish and maintain linkages with relevant government offices (e.g., DOLE, TESDA, CHED, PESO, or local equivalents) for compliance, apprenticeship programs, and job-matching initiatives.
Represent the company at job fairs, career talks, and school or government-led events.
Serve as the primary point of contact for partner institutions and coordinate MOUs/agreements as needed.
Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant government regulations related to internships and apprenticeships.
Talent Programs & Operations
Design, launch, and manage company-wide talent programs — starting with the internship program (structure, timelines, learning objectives, evaluation criteria) — and expanding to other programs as the organization's needs grow (e.g., onboarding, trainee, or upskilling initiatives).
Own end-to-end onboarding for interns and new hires, including documentation, orientation, and first-week logistics.
Collaborate with department heads to identify hosting needs, define intern/new hire project scopes, and gather performance feedback.
Act as project lead on talent-related initiatives, managing timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables across the employee lifecycle.
Continuously improve program materials, processes, and tools based on feedback and outcomes.
Employer Branding
Support employer branding initiatives across social media, campus platforms, and events to position the company as an employer of choice.
Create content (posts, videos, decks) showcasing company culture, intern testimonials, and career opportunities.
Assist in organizing employer branding events such as open houses, webinars, and school partnerships.
Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or related fields (fresh graduates with strong extracurricular/organizational leadership experience are welcome to apply).
Experience or strong interest in campus recruitment, internship program management, or employer branding is a plus.
Familiarity with government processes related to labor/employment (e.g., DOLE, TESDA) is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities; able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Good written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for content creation.
Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
Comfortable with public speaking and representing the company externally.
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with ATS and social media platforms is a plus.
Willingness to travel locally for campus visits, government office coordination, and events.
