What you will do:
Lead and grow the social media operations team, including interns, ensuring smooth execution of daily tasks and alignment with overall marketing strategies.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to integrate social media initiatives with broader business strategies and goals.
Develop, implement, and monitor social media strategies to enhance Skyro’s online presence and drive engagement across multiple platforms.
Coordinate with sales agents, providing them with social media guidelines, content, and tools to promote brand consistency and effective messaging.
Propose and manage incentives and motivational programs aligned with the social media strategy for the sales network
Monitor and analyze social media performance across the sales network, providing insights and recommendations to optimize engagement and lead generation.
Oversee content creation and curation for Skyro agents’ social media channels, including Facebook, Tiktok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Coordinate training sessions for sales agents on social media best practices and tools to enhance their online presence and customer interaction.
Track social media trends, tools, and industry developments, ensuring that Skyro agents remain relevant in digital marketing innovation.
Prepare regular reports on social media metrics, performance, and outcomes for management.

What you should have:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably with experience in a sales-driven or multi-unit organization.
Strong leadership and management skills, with experience overseeing teams or projects.
Proficiency in social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and social media management tools like Hootsuite or Sprout Social.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Ability to train and motivate sales agents to engage effectively with social media platforms.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Knowledge of fintech, or retail industries is a plus.
