What you will do:

• Own the entire B2B product in India: vision, roadmap, P&L

• 0→1: MSME credit (working capital, term, invoice finance, embedded finance / B2B BNPL), non-credit mass-market products for MSMEs (document workflows, SaaS tools)

• Partnerships (marketplaces, suppliers, NBFCs)

• RBI regulatory compliance, together with legal

What you should have:

• 5+ years in product, with strong B2B / fintech experience

• Experience with either B2B MSME credit or another mass-market MSME product (non-credit also fine)

• 0→1: scaled a product/business line from the ground up

• Managed a team

• Command of unit economics and P&L

• Knowledge of the Indian market, fluent English
