What you will do:

• Analyze the end-to-end credit line and card customer journey, including application, approval, activation, utilization, repayment, delinquency, retention, and churn. Identify customer behavior patterns, product issues, and growth opportunities across segments and lifecycle stages.

• Define and own KPI definitions for credit line / card products to ensure consistent measurement across teams.

• Translate analytical findings into actionable product recommendations. Estimate expected impact, support roadmap prioritization, and help Product teams improve activation, utilization, repayment behavior, retention, and risk-adjusted profitability.

• Design and evaluate A/B tests and other impact measurement approaches. Define hypotheses, success metrics, guardrail metrics, sample-size requirements, and decision criteria. Monitor post-launch performance and verify that product changes deliver the expected impact.

• Investigate anomalies and performance declines together with Product, Risk, Fraud, Collections, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and IT teams. Identify root causes and distinguish between product, customer, risk, technical, operational, and data-quality factors.

• Maintain the analytical foundation required for product decision-making, including KPI definitions, dashboards, tracking quality, data validation after releases, product-related campaign analysis, and automation of recurring analytical workflows.

What you should have:

• 5+ years of experience in Product Analytics or Data Analytics, preferably in fintech, lending, credit cards, banking, e-commerce, or another complex digital product.

• Strong product thinking and experience analyzing funnels, customer journeys, cohorts, retention, unit economics, and product performance across different customer segments.

• Advanced SQL skills and experience independently working with complex datasets, validating data, and producing reliable analytical conclusions.

• Experience designing and analyzing experiments, including hypothesis formulation, success metrics, guardrails, confidence intervals, statistical power, and interpretation of results.

• Ability to translate analysis into clear product recommendations, impact estimates, and prioritization proposals, and to communicate findings effectively to technical and business stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Understanding of credit product and portfolio metrics, including approval rate, activation, utilization, FPD, delinquency buckets, roll rates, vintage analysis, credit limits, collections performance, and cost of risk.

• Experience building dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Qlik, Metabase, Superset, or similar BI tools.

• Experience with Python or R, event tracking systems, dbt, data marts, ETL/ELT workflows, or dimensional data modeling.

• Experience with causal inference, campaign analytics, attribution, or AI-assisted analytics workflows.

• English level B1+ or higher for documentation and cross-functional communication.
