Supplier Sales Representative
Overview
We are looking for a motivated Supplier Sales Representative to support Tadum’s growth by
identifying, engaging, and developing relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and traders
across Saudi Arabia.
This role focuses on outbound outreach, lead generation, qualification, and conversion of
prospective partners for Tadum’s trade credit proposition. The ideal candidate combines strong
communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to build rapport quickly with
prospective business partners.

Purpose of the Role
The Supplier Sales Representative will drive outbound partner acquisition by identifying and
engaging prospective suppliers, manufacturers, and traders, introducing them to Tadum’s trade
credit proposition, and converting qualified prospects into confirmed opportunities.
The role will play a key part in building Tadum’s supplier ecosystem, developing new
acquisition channels, and creating a consistent pipeline of high-quality opportunities for the Sales
function.
Key Responsibilities:
Supplier Acquisition & Lead Generation
• Conduct outbound calls, meetings, and other outreach activities to prospective suppliers,
manufacturers, and traders to introduce Tadum’s trade credit proposition.
• Identify and approach potential partners through outbound prospecting, referrals, market
research, and other relevant channels.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads against Tadum’s target partner criteria.
• Build and manage a personal pipeline of prospective suppliers and partners.
• Follow up consistently with prospects until conversion or disqualification.
Presentations & Conversion
• Deliver clear and compelling presentations, in person, by phone, or virtually,
communicating Tadum’s value proposition to prospective partners.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and traders and understand their
business needs.
• Address initial questions and objections confidently and communicate the benefits of
Tadum’s proposition effectively.
• Convert qualified leads into confirmed opportunities and hand them over to the Sales
function with complete context and documentation.
CRM & Pipeline Management
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions, call outcomes, follow
ups, and pipeline status in the CRM.
• Ensure qualified opportunities are handed over to Sales with complete and accurate
information.
• Manage follow-ups and pipeline activity to maximise conversion.
• Provide feedback to the Sales function on lead quality, prospect requirements, and
common objections.
Collaboration & Market Knowledge
• Collaborate with the Sales function to ensure a smooth handover and effective feedback
loop on lead quality.
• Represent Tadum professionally in all supplier, manufacturer, and trader-facing
interactions.
• Stay current on Tadum’s product offering, trade finance market dynamics, and
competitor positioning.
• Develop an understanding of the supplier, manufacturer, and trader ecosystem and
identify opportunities for new acquisition channels.
Targets & Reporting
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for outbound calls, meetings, presentations,
and qualified opportunities generated.
• Track and report on business development activity, pipeline progress, and key
performance indicators.
• Maintain a consistent level of high-volume outreach in a target-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
• Native-level fluency in Arabic and strong professional proficiency in English, both
spoken and written, required for daily prospect-facing communication.
• 2–3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or a related client
facing commercial role.
• Proven track record of making outbound calls, delivering presentations, and converting
leads into qualified opportunities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
with suppliers, manufacturers, and traders.
• Comfortable with high-volume outreach and a target-driven work environment.
• Experience using a CRM system to manage leads and pipeline, such as Salesforce,
HubSpot, or similar.
• Basic understanding of trade finance, B2B commerce, or SME lending is an advantage
but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred;
equivalent professional experience will be considered.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
