Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role as Alternative Distribution (ALDI) Specialist at Skyro. As an ALDI Specialist, you will be responsible for pushing productivity in all POS under Alternative Distribution channels, from maintaining performance through trainings, relationship management, collateral displays and etc. and achieving growth plans based on campaigns and programs set by the ALDI Manager. You will support in identifying new business opportunities, execute sales strategies, and collaborate with sales teams to achieve assigned territory ALDI targets. You will also provide excellent customer service and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services.
Responsibilities
Revitalizes ALDI POS personnel preference for Skyro as the priority financing partner through training and relationship management.
Mentors POS personnel on best practices in selling Skryo financing to customers
Aligns with POS Sales personnel on the efficiency of market activities and compliance with SLAs.
Implements ALDI strategies and tactics for short- and long-term growth projections.
Reports market and merchant opportunities for ALDI business and implements penetration plan to gain significant market share.
Reviews ALDI POS performance and works with the account management team on program developments to achieve goals.
Executes campaigns and programs directed by the ALDI Manager to achieve target ALDI POS active rate in assigned territory.
Other tasks and responsibilities related to business development may be assigned from time to time.
Preferred Qualifications
Years of experience as department head of sales and marketing in the financial service industry.
Ability to interpret financial figures and develop measurable action plans.
Creates, implements, and evaluates strategic and tactical plans.
Requirements
With at least 5 years of proven experience in managing business developments, sales, and marketing preferably in the retail, distribution or financial services industries
Above-average interpersonal and presentation skills
Expertise in maintaining long-term relationships with merchant key personalities
Understand integral processes and dynamics of financial products and services
Driven, goal-oriented mindset and ability to meet agreed goals
Excellent negotiation skills, commitment to agreements, and good work habits
Prime driver of ALDI regional success working independently or in a team
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related course
