Account Management & Client Relationship

Manage assigned key merchant accounts and ensure consistently high levels of satisfaction.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with merchants and partners.

Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and issue resolution.

Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all assigned merchant locations and POS.

Own and deliver assigned targets per merchant and territory, including applications, volume, utilization, and other related metrics.

Business Development & Merchant Expansion

Drive acquisition of new key account merchants across Mindanao.

Lead the quarterly onboarding and opening of new Key Account (KA) merchants.

Expand existing merchant footprint by increasing store coverage and POS presence.

Identify and execute opportunities for for deeper merchant penetration.

Build and manage a strong pipeline of new merchant acquisitions and expansion opportunities, ensuring consistent conversion and onboarding.

Support merchant discussions on commercial initiatives, promos, and growth opportunities in alignment with company direction.

Portfolio Performance & Growth Management

 Monitor and manage key portfolio metrics including:

o NPV (Net Portfolio Value)

o Risk levels / portfolio quality

o Utilization rates

o Applications volume

o Financing volumes

Drive growth in applications and approvals while maintaining healthy risk levels.

Implement and drive execution of action plans to improve merchant productivity, conversion, and overall portfolio performance.

Client Engagement & Internal Coordination

Understand merchant needs and recommend tailored solutions to support their growth.

Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Risk, and other relevant units) to ensure seamless and timely execution of merchant requirements.

Support rollout of campaigns, promos, and financing programs at merchant and store level.

Reporting & Business Insights

Prepare and present regular business reviews with merchants and internal stakeholders.

Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data and market conditions.

Track merchant-level performance and ensure alignment with company targets.

Monitor competitor activity, in-store financing offers, and market trends, and recommend actions to maintain strong competitiveness.

Field Work & Coverage

Conduct regular field visits across assigned merchants and POS locations in Mindanao to ensure strong on-ground presence.

Assess merchant and POS readiness, including agent presence, visibility, and availability of financing offers, to ensure the business is fully equipped and competitive in-store.

Identify gaps and opportunities in execution, coverage, and competitiveness, and drive necessary actions with internal teams.

Provide operational support to all assigned merchants across managed accounts, including locations that may extend to Visayas as needed.

Qualifications

- Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, or any related course.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, client relations, sales, or customer-facing roles.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

- Detail-oriented and capable of managing several client accounts simultaneously.

- Comfortable analyzing account data and identifying opportunities to improve performance and profitability.

- Resourceful and proactive in addressing client concerns and business challenges.

- Able to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.

- Currently residing in Davao.

- Demonstrates professionalism, dependability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
