Skyro is looking for a Growth & Product Marketer to drive customer growth and retention for B2C and B2B.
To be clear from the start: We are not looking for a traditional performance marketer. We’re looking for a data-driven growth professional who understands the full customer funnel, excels at customer analysis, and can turn insights into retention strategies and product improvements.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to:

and have a direct impact on activation, retention and revenue
What you will do:
1) Build and lead customer growth
You’ll own the customer growth and retention function end-to-end:
analyze customer data to identify growth opportunities
design retention and activation strategies
contribute to product marketing and GTM initiatives
This is not a “support” role — you’ll be building the customer growth engine for B2B and B2C.
2) Drive growth from existing customers
Deeply analyze cohort, retention and behavioral data
Design and execute CRM for activation and reactivation campaigns for churned and dormant customers
Develop segment-specific offers and messaging to improve activation and retention
Optimize the full customer lifecycle
3) Own analytics and performance insights
We need someone who doesn’t just read dashboards, but understands:
what drives growth,
what is statistically meaningful,
and where performance is misleading.
4) You should be comfortable:
working with cohort/LTV/retention analysis,
extracting and analyzing data from Odoo and other systems,
using GA4 and BI tools,
validating tracking and data accuracy,
writing requirements for BI dashboards,
collaborating with analysts and developers,
and making decisions based on data.
5) Product Marketing
Define product positioning and messaging for different customer segments (B2B and B2C)
Support Go-to-Market strategy for new features and offers
Translate customer insights and data analysis into product recommendations for the Product team
Improve onboarding, feature adoption, and overall user experience
Conduct market and competitor research to support product decisions
Work at the intersection of growth × product × business
Support GTM and local positioning initiatives
Conduct market and competitor research
Working cross-functionally with business and product teams
What you should have:
4–6+ years in growth marketing, retention, or product marketing
Strong hands-on experience with GA4 and BI tools
Experience extracting and analyzing data from Odoo or similar systems
Solid analytical foundation: cohorts, LTV, retention, segmentation, A/B testing, statistical significance
