Qualifications:

Degree in Business, Finance, Education, Psychology, or a related field; equivalent work experience will also be considered.

At least 1–3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or facilitation. Experience in the lending, fintech, or financial services industry is an advantage.

Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with experience delivering both virtual and classroom-based training.

Proficient in using training platforms and tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and basic e-learning authoring tools.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure training effectiveness, analyze performance metrics, and recommend improvements.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino; proficiency in other Philippine dialects is a plus.

Willing to travel for field visits and conduct on-site coaching when needed.

Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and facilitate onboarding and continuous learning programs covering product knowledge, compliance, customer service, and soft skills.

Conduct engaging training sessions through virtual platforms, classroom instruction, and on-the-job coaching.

Identify learning needs through training needs analysis and implement solutions to address knowledge and performance gaps.

Develop and maintain high-quality training materials, including presentations, job aids, reference guides, and microlearning content.

Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, competency evaluations, quality assurance scores, and other performance metrics, and continuously improve training programs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Operations, Product, and Compliance, to ensure training content remains accurate and up to date.

Provide post-training coaching, mentorship, and ongoing support to employees to reinforce learning and improve performance.

Manage training schedules, attendance records, learning documentation, and training reports to ensure compliance and proper recordkeeping.
