Skyro is a rapidly expanding fintech company serving thousands of customers in the Philippines through our lending business. We are looking for an experienced Product Manager responsible for the development of our investment and trading products. You will drive the product lifecycle from discovery to launch, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences, support business growth, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

What you will do:

• Lead the product discovery and delivery process, from concept to launch and post-launch optimization

• Conduct market and user research to understand customer needs, investment behavior, and the competitive landscape

• Translate business goals and regulatory requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, and specifications

• Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality features on time

• Work with compliance, legal, and risk teams to ensure alignment with Philippine financial regulations and licensing requirements

• Define and track product KPIs, including user acquisition, activation, retention, trading activity, and revenue

• Manage stakeholder communication, aligning leadership and teams around priorities and progress

• Continuously improve the product based on data, user feedback, and market trends

What you should have:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in online trading platforms, brokerage platforms, trading systems, wealth management apps, or similar fintech products

• Experience launching consumer-facing mobile applications, ideally in regulated industries

• Strong understanding of investment products, such as stocks, ETFs, mutual funds, digital investment products, or brokerage services

• Familiarity with financial regulations and experience working with compliance and legal teams in online trading or financial services

• Proven ability to work in cross-functional, fast-paced environments

• Strong analytical skills and experience making data-driven product decisions

• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts to different stakeholders

• Entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
