About the Role

We are looking for Business Analyst, who will be working on new features of Credit Line or Payments with relocation to Philippines.

What you will do:

• Business analysis of new features

• Communication with Product, Development, Design, Analytics, Scoring, Customer Support and other teams

• Feature Delivery support

• Investigating and fixing broken features and processes

• Identifying flaws in processes and applying solutions that last

What you should have:

• 3+ years of experience as a BA, PM, or System Analyst in Fintech / Banking / Payments

• English B2+: Ability to lead meetings and negotiate with international partners

• Ownership Mindset: You don't just write requirements; you solve problems, manage dependencies, and ensure successful delivery

• Basic SQL skills for data verification and hypothesis testing

• Experience with Credit products and Payments
