Responsibilities:

General Recruitment

  • Handle end-to-end recruiting responsibilities including partnering with hiring managers to develop recruiting/interviewing plans, creating job descriptions, scheduling interviews, drafting and sending job offers and training agreements, collection of pre-employment requirements, monitoring of candidate status, and handoff of new hires to ER and POS team.

  • Ensure that JD are provided by hiring managers and support in the creation of job descriptions for strategic/volume hires with close coordination of Hiring Managers, Recruitment Lead and Senior HR Manager

  • Post openings on online/offline venues, with professional organizations, and in other positions appropriate venues.

  • Represent the company in recruitment activities such as job fairs, caravans, etc.

  • Work closely and conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation (along with attending calibration meetings, pre-briefs and debriefs) and evaluate recruitment initiatives

  • Creates offer letters, training agreements and manages the handoff process to ER team for filing.

  • Provide weekly recruitment status updates and reports to key stakeholders; maintain data hygiene with candidate trackers

  • Conducts candidate reference and initiates background checks as needed.

  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates and efficiently fill open strategic corporate talent needs and volume hire requirements.

  • Other tasks / functions that may be assigned by the Company as per business.

Onboarding

  • Support the HR team in onboarding new hires such as (but not limited to) creating of contracts, collating and filing pre-employment requirements, requesting software and company tool access from IT, etc., scheduling of orientation, and monitoring of deployment.

  • Monitor closely the candidates endorsed for training, orientation, and deployment weekly.

Internal Partnerships

  • Work with hiring managers on recruiting planning meetings.

  • Communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport, gauge morale, and source new candidate leads.

  • Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Proven experience in high-volume recruitment.

  • Strong sourcing and screening skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
