Responsibilities

Digital Engagement & Social Media Management

- Execute digital engagement initiatives that strengthen Skyro's online presence across its official social media channels, agent network, and digital communities.

- Manage and grow engagement channels, including the Skyro Boss Community, official social media channels, and other relevant digital platforms.

- Plan, schedule, publish, and optimize social media content across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

- Monitor social media conversations, community engagement, trends, and member feedback, recommending improvements where needed.

- Support the execution of digital campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives across owned digital channels.

Agent Content Enablement

- Guide Skyro's agent network in creating engaging and effective social media content aligned with the company's brand and messaging.

- Provide content direction, messaging guidance, and social media best practices to help agents improve their digital presence.

- Review agent-generated content and provide recommendations to ensure quality, compliance, and brand consistency.

- Develop content guidelines, templates, toolkits, and best practices to support agent content creation.

- Conduct training and capability-building sessions on social media, content creation, personal branding, and digital engagement.

- Monitor content trends and identify opportunities to improve the quality and effectiveness of agent-generated content.

Performance & Optimization

- Monitor social media performance, community engagement, campaign performance, content effectiveness, and lead generation metrics.

- Analyze platform insights and campaign results to identify trends and recommend improvements that increase reach, engagement, conversions, and overall effectiveness.

- Prepare regular performance reports, dashboards, and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

- Stay updated on social media algorithms, platform developments, emerging digital trends, and content formats to continuously improve performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Partner with the Sales, Operations, Marketing, Brand, and Design teams to support digital engagement initiatives, campaigns, and content development.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure content and communications are accurate, timely, and aligned with business priorities.

- Manage engagement, recognition, and incentive programs that encourage agent and community participation and advocacy.

- Support the development and implementation of digital engagement best practices that strengthen Skyro's online presence and brand consistency.

Qualifications

Experience

· At least 3-5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, digital engagement, content marketing, community management, or a related role.

· Experience developing and executing social media content and digital campaigns across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

· Experience managing online communities, ambassador programs, agent networks, or engagement-focused digital groups is an advantage.

· Familiarity with content planning, campaign execution, performance reporting, stakeholder coordination, and social media analytics.

Skills and Competencies

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

· Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, digital marketing, and community engagement.

· Strong content planning, copywriting, storytelling, and content optimization skills.

· Ability to guide, review, and provide constructive feedback on digital content.

· Good eye for content quality, visual presentation, and brand consistency.

· Experience using social media insights and analytics to optimize content performance.

· Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

· Strong planning, organization, and project coordination skills.

· Up to date with digital trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats.

Technical Requirements

- Proficient in major social media platforms and platform analytics tools is a plus.

- Familiarity with content planning, scheduling, and reporting tools.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office or equivalent productivity applications.
