We are looking for an HR Lead to manage the full HR agenda for the region, ensuring that global HR processes are effectively adapted and implemented locally. The role combines HR operations, operational hiring, employee lifecycle management, compensation and benefits support, performance processes, local communications, and compliance.
The HR Lead will act as a key partner for local management and global HR, helping the business scale while keeping HR processes efficient, compliant, and employee-oriented.
What you will do:
Manage the full employee lifecycle in the region: onboarding, transfers, changes, offboarding, and HR system updates.
Coordinate operational hiring and support recruitment delivery according to approved plans and hiring metrics.
Support graduate hiring, internships, university partnerships, and local employer branding activities.
Provide input on salary ranges, STI schemes, benefits, and local compensation proposals.
Implement performance review and other HR cycles locally, adapting global processes to regional needs.
Support resource planning by collecting regional hiring and staffing needs.
Ensure local HR communications are clear, timely, and aligned with global guidelines.
Oversee HR administration, payroll inputs, employee records, and coordination with providers.
Ensure HR processes comply with local labor legislation and company policies.
Support local managers on employee relations, labor issues, and sensitive HR cases.
Coordinate local events, trainings, engagement initiatives, and external learning requests.
What you should have:
Relevant experience in HR Lead, HRBP, HR Operations, or HR Generalist roles.
Experience with employee lifecycle, operational hiring, compensation, performance review, and HR administration.
Understanding of local labor legislation and HR compliance.
Ability to work with both local teams and global stakeholders.
Strong execution, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
English proficiency for communication with global teams.
Nice to have:
Experience in fintech, tech, banking, lending, or other regulated industries.
Experience with mass hiring or operational teams.
Experience adapting global HR processes to local markets.
