Responsibilities:
I. Logistics Coordination
Monitor parcel, shipment, and delivery status to ensure timely movement of materials, uniforms, collaterals, and related logistics items.
Coordinate with logistics providers, suppliers, and internal requestors on schedules, delivery timelines, and fulfillment issues.
Follow up delays, discrepancies, or incomplete deliveries and escalate concerns as needed.
II. Documentation & Inventory Support
Prepare, check, and organize shipping documents, receiving records, invoices, and other related logistics requirements.
Support inventory checks, stock reconciliation, and record updates to maintain accurate visibility of logistics-related items.
Maintain complete and orderly logistics files, trackers, and proof of delivery or release records.
III. Issue Resolution & Communication
Respond to logistics concerns raised by internal teams and coordinate appropriate action with vendors or support groups.
Provide timely status updates on deliveries, shortages, delays, and resolved cases to relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate handoffs, scheduling changes, and clarifications to minimize operational disruption.
IV. Reporting & Service Support
Maintain regular tracking reports on shipment status, inventory issues, and logistics service performance.
Identify recurring logistics issues and raise practical recommendations that improve delivery reliability and support quality.
Support logistics-related requests connected to field teams, merchants, and internal stakeholders as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
At least 1 to 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, inventory coordination, or operational support is preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Good coordination, follow-up, and issue-resolution capability.
Good attention to detail in documents, inventory, and shipment tracking.
Strong communication skills for working with vendors and internal teams.
Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar with logistics, tracking, or inventory systems.
Other Requirements
Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure in a support environment
