Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Retail, Brand, Electronics, Payments, or related industries.

  • Comfortable conducting client presentations both face-to-face and virtually.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; well-spoken, organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

  • A proactive go-getter with a strong passion for collaboration and driving business improvements.

  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and onboard SMEs and merchants for the company’s online platform.

  • Build and maintain positive professional relationships with merchant partners and key stakeholders.

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, client presentations, negotiations, and implementation of strategic marketing programs.

  • Develop and execute initiatives to support the growth of the company’s online business.

  • Track business developments, merchant inquiries, and partnership activities.

  • Establish strong rapport with key merchant stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing merchants through continuous engagement and support.

  • Participate in business meetings to provide updates and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Review sales contracts and ensure compliance with company and legal guidelines.

  • Provide merchant after-sales support and address partnership-related concerns.
