Job Description Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Acquisition, or related roles.
Proven experience launching and scaling consumer-facing products or services.
Strong skills in positioning, messaging, customer segmentation, and value proposition development.
Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies across multiple channels.
Ability to translate customer insights and research into actionable business recommendations.
Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions and measure impact.
Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Sales, Partnerships, and Operations teams.
Excellent presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent English communication skills.
Experience in fintech, payments, banking, remittances, telecommunications, or digital consumer products is strongly preferred.
Experience working with international customers, migrant communities, or cross-border financial services is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
Own positioning, messaging, and value proposition development for international financial services-focused products
Own the end-to-end customer journey for the international financial services-focused products, identifying growth opportunities and customer pain points across acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
Translate customer insights and market research into compelling product narratives and customer-facing messaging.
Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for new product launches, features, and campaigns.
Align Product, Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Operations around a clear and consistent product story.
Develop sales enablement materials, including presentations, scripts, FAQs, and training resources.
Drive product adoption, engagement, and retention through lifecycle marketing initiatives.
Monitor market trends, customer needs, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics.
Partner closely with Performance Marketing to define acquisition strategies, campaign priorities, and growth targets.
Track and report on key business metrics, including activation, conversion, engagement, and retention.
Adapt global strategies and narratives to local market needs while maintaining a consistent brand and product story.
Act as the bridge between global and local teams, ensuring knowledge sharing, alignment, and execution excellence.
